The desilting device comprises a ship body, a collecting box fixed to the ship body, a sludge pump fixed to the ship body,a mounting rack fixed to the tail of the ship body, a vertically arranged rotating rack, a sludge stirring roller arranged on the lower side of the ship body and a sludge conveying pipe. A communicating pipe is connected between the sludge pump and the collecting box, one end of the sludge conveying pipe is connected to the sludge pump and the other end of the sludge conveying pipe extends to thebottom of a river and is located on one side of the sludge stirring roller.
