Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a desorption device and a method for separating hydrogen chloride from chlorosilane. The desorption device comprises a desorption tower; the desorption tower comprises a tower bottom reboiler, a tower body and a tower top condenser arranged in an inner cavity of the tower body; a feed inlet is formed in the tower body; a to-be-desorbed material is subjected to flash evaporation by the tower bottom reboiler to form a gaseous desorbed material and a liquid tower substrate, and the gaseous desorbed material and the liquid tower substrate enter the tower body through the feed inlet; the gaseous desorbed material moves to the tower top condenser; the desorption device further comprises an intercooler, the intercooler is one or a combination of more of a circulating watercooler, a chilled water cooler and a low-temperature to-be-desorbed material heat exchanger, and the intercooler is arranged between the feed inlet and the tower top condenser in the flowing directionof the gaseous desorbed m |
