Laminating device and laminating method

The invention relates to the field of photovoltaic solar cells, particularly to a laminating device and a laminating method. The laminating device comprises a laminating cavity, a heating device, a circulating fan and a heat conducting device, wherein the heating device is arranged at the bottom of the laminating cavity, the circulating fan is arranged on any circumferential side wall of the laminating cavity, and the heat conducting device is arranged in the laminating cavity and is close to the circulating fan.
