The method comprises the following steps: dividing a target display screen into a plurality of display areas;counting the number of staying times of the user fixation point in each display area within a first preset duration; comparing the number of staying times in each display area with a preset number-of-times threshold; and controlling display parameters of each display area according to a comparison result.
