The adhesive comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of water, 40-80 parts of butyl acrylate, 60-100 parts of vinyl acetate, 1-5 parts of a functional monomer, 1-5 parts of a protective colloid, 2-8parts of a nonionic emulsifier, 0.1-1 part of an oxidant, 0.1-1 part of a reducing agent and 0.1-1 part of a molecular weight regulator. The chopped strand mat with soft hand feeling can also be obtained without adding a large number of plasticizers.
