According to the method, natural engineering tire tread reclaimed rubber is used as a main body, NR, BR, SBR and rubber powder (30-mesh tread rubber powder, 60-mesh tread rubber powder, 30-mesh common rubber powder and 60-mesh common rubber powder) are used as matrix rubber, a vulcanization system is a sulfur vulcanization system, a vulcanization accelerator is sulfenamide (CZ), an anti-aging agent is amine (RD and 4010NA) anti-aging agent, and a reinforcing agent is N330. All the properties of the prepared truck tire flap can reach the national standard, and the cost is low.
