Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for removing antibiotic resistance genes by activating persulfate with a silver-ammonia solution. The method comprises the following steps: adding Ag into sewage togenerate a precipitate; adding a complexing agent into the sewage to enable precipitate to be just completely dissolved; adding persulfate into the sewage, and reacting for a certain time to make theantibiotic resistance gene fully degraded; adding concentrated hydrochloric acid into the sewage to enable the pH value to be less than or equal to 9, and precipitating Ag again; centrifuging the sewage, and separating supernatant and precipitate; and re-suspending the precipitate by using sewage, and repeating the above steps. According to the method for removing antibiotic resistance genes byactivating persulfate with the silver-ammonia extraction solution, the resistance genes can be efficiently removed, and recycling of Ag can be achieved.
