Zusammenfassung: | The invention is suitable for the field of light-emitting diodes, and provides a design method and device of an LED light-emitting chip and a gray scale display circuit, and the method comprises the steps: firstly obtaining the gray scale data of the LED light-emitting chip; dividing the LED light-emitting chip into more than two sub-chips based on the gray scale data, wherein each sub-chip is independently controlled. By adopting a spatial modulation mode, the light-emitting area of the light-emitting diode is modulated, so that the gray scale control of the active LED array unit is realizedby utilizing the switching characteristics of discrete components, the gray scale display control efficiency is improved, and the gray scale display accuracy of the light-emitting diode is improved.
