The system comprises a command subsystem, a control navigation subsystem, a power propulsion subsystem, an energy power subsystem, a wireless communication subsystem and a data storage subsystem, and the subsystems establish connection with a data exchange center through a comprehensive communication link or an Ethernet link. The wireless communication subsystem is used for communicating with a shore-based/mother ship control system, a fault injection computer is connected with the data exchange center and can send a fault execution command to the data exchange center, and the fault execution command can also be sent to all subsystems through the data exchange center so as to simulate the fault situation.
