Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an energy-saving and environment-friendly production method for a hot galvanized steel wire. The method comprises the following steps: steel wire paying-off straightening, heating and straightening, ultrasonic cleaning, gravel washing, ultrasonic alkali washing, electrolytic alkali washing, hot water washing, assistant plating and drying, hot galvanizing, repeated water vapor cooling after nitrogen wiping, and taking-up. According to the production method, a pickling process in the prior art is eliminated, a special guide roller, a ceramic internal heating zinc pot andnitrogen wiping are adopted, waste gas is collected and treated on a production line, and the production method has the characteristics of being high in production efficiency, and is more energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
