The component A is prepared by the process steps: a1, preparing a raw material A which comprises flame-retardant polyether polyol, liquefied diphenylmethane diisocyanate and chlorinated paraffin; a2, putting the raw materials; a3, stirring at constant temperature; a4, sampling and detecting the content; a5, cooling; a6, pressurizing and discharging; a7, metering and packaging; and a8, warehousing.
