Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses application of telomere binding protein HP1BP3 in preparation of a tumor cell regulator. Research analysis shows that telomere-related protein HP1BP3 is obviously enriched andpositioned on the telomere of an ALT (alanine aminotransferase) mechanism tumor cell, the genome stability of the ALT mechanism tumor cell is regulated by regulating the epigenetic state of telomere chromatin, the activity and telomere length of the ALT mechanism tumor cell are changed, and then the growth and reproduction of telomerase negative tumor cells (ALT) are regulated. Therefore, HP1BP3 has an important telomere regulation function in the ALT mechanism tumor cell, an effective tumor cell regulator and an anti-ALT mechanism tumor drug can be developed for the regulation mechanism of HP1BP3 for the ALT mechanism tumor cell, and the telomere binding protein HP1BP3 has important significance for cancer attack and has a good application prospect.
