Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for simultaneously determining eight polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon hydroxyl metabolites in urine. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out biological enzyme hydrolysis and solid-phase extraction pretreatment on a urine sample; treating the supernatant by using a high performance liquid chromatograph: adopting an octadecylsilane chemically bonded silica stainless steel column as a chromatographic column, adopting chromatographic grade methanol and water as mobile phases, and adopting corresponding switching programs to carry out gradient elution liquid chromatography conditions; preparing a mixed standard solution of PAHs hydroxyl metabolites 1-hydroxynaphthalene, 2-hydroxynaphthalene, 1-hydroxyphenanthrene, 2-hydroxyphenanthrene, 2-hydroxyfluorene, 9-hydroxyfluorene, 1-hydroxypyrene and 3-hydroxybenzene, detecting by using a multi-channel fluorescence detector, and drawing a standard curve; and taking a sample, detecting the sample by using a multi-channel fluor |
