Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a hexavalent chromium colorimetric detection method based on silver nano-cluster nano-enzyme. The method comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing PEI and silver nitrate in deionized water, adjusting the pH value by using acetic acid, adding ascorbic acid, and carrying out water bath until the reaction is complete, so as to obtain a light yellow PEI-Ag NCs solution; (2) uniformly mixing a PEI-Ag NCs solution, acetic acid-sodium acetate and TMB, adding a hexavalent chromium aqueous solution, and completely reacting at 20-75 DEG C; measuring the ultraviolet absorption spectrum of the obtained mixed solution, recording the absorbance at the wavelength of 652 nm, and drawing a hexavalent chromium concentration-absorbance standard working curve; and (3) repeating the previous step by using the solution to be detected, and comparing the detected absorbance with the standard working curve to obtain the hexavalent chromium concentration.
