Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of a transition metal refractory compound ceramic composite coating. The method comprises the following steps of step 1, preparing metal elementary substance/silicon carbide composite powder, wherein the metal elementary substance powder is any x of zirconium, titanium, hafnium, tantalum, niobium, vanadium, chromium, molybdenum or tungsten, and x is equal to 1, 2, 3 or 4; step 2, pretreating a surface of a base material needing to be coated; and step 3, spraying the metal elementary substance/silicon carbide composite powder on the surface of the base material by adopting a thermal spraying method, so as to synthesize the transition metal refractory compound ceramic composite coating through an in-situ reaction.
