According to the invention, a root-part guide-in arc-shaped fork group is arranged at the front end part of the middle of a platform frame and in front parts of a right pulling screw shaft and a left pulling screw shaft; a left righting guide-in twisting plate and a right righting guide-in twisting plate are symmetrically arranged on the left side part and the right side part of the front end of the platform frame, located at the front parts of the left outer sides of the left pulling screw shaft and the root-part guide-in arc-shaped fork group and located at the front parts of the right outer sides of the right pulling screw shaft and the root-part guide-in arc-shaped fork group respectively; and a plurality of rollers are rotatably assembled on the opposite inner wall surfaces of the left righting guide-in twisting plate and the right righting guide-in twisting plate respectively.
