Magnetizing or demagnetizing pulse signals of a lower computer are directly used as input quantity for realizing an anti-adhesion function; the magnetizing or demagnetizing pulsesignal of the lower computer is a pulse signal with fixed time delay; and the DCS cabinet performs delay judgment on the magnetizing or demagnetizing pulse signal, outputs an alarm signal when the signal delay exceeds the fixed delay set by the lower computer, prompts the magnetizing or demagnetizing relay to be adhered, generates a locking signal at the same time, and locks the corresponding magnetizing or demagnetizing signal to be output.
