Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a scandium-containing Al-Cu-series heat-resistant aluminum alloy and a preparation method thereof, and mainly relates to the technical field of alloys. The scandium-containing Al-Cu-series heat-resistant aluminum alloy is composed of the following components of, by weight, 4.5%-6.5% of Cu, 1.5%-2.5% of Mg, 0.5%-1% of Mn, 0.3%-0.6% of Sc, 0.2%-0.5% of Zr, and the balance Al and inevitable impurities. The preparation method of the scandium-containing Al-Cu-series heat-resistant aluminum alloy comprises the following steps that raw materials including a pure Al ingot, a pure Mg ingot, an Al-Cu intermediate alloy, an Al-Mn intermediate alloy, an Al-Sc intermediate alloy and an Al-Zr intermediate alloy are prepared for standby application according to the proportion; surface dross is removed after the raw materials are completely melted, and finally the temperature is increased to 740-760 DEG C and is uniformly stirred; molten metal is poured into a metal mold to obtain an as-cast alloy; and
