Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a manufacturing method of an NTC thermistor material, which comprises the following manufacturing steps: 1) weighing corresponding metal oxide according to a chemical formula Mn(3-x-y-z)Ni(x-y-z)Fe(y)Co(z)MtO4, mixing, ball-milling and calcining to obtain thermal sensitive ceramic pre-powder; 2) carrying out ball milling and sand milling on the thermal sensitive ceramic pre-powder, granulating, carrying out dry pressing molding, and carrying out isostatic pressing treatment to obtain a ceramic green body; and 3) sintering the ceramic green body in a muffle furnace, heating from normal temperature to 1300-1400 DEG C at a speed of 8-12 DEG C/min, carrying out heat preservation for 3-8 minutes, cooling to 1100-1200 DEG C within 3-8 minutes, carrying out heat preservation for 8-12 hours, and cooling.
