The forming process comprises the following steps of providing a carrier plate and a plurality of magnetic conductive pieces, arranging the plurality of magnetic conductive pieces on the carrier plate to form a magnetic conductive assembly, arranging the plurality of magnetic conductive pieces along the length direction of the carrier plate, and arranging the plurality of magnetic conductive pieces in a collinear manner; providing an injectionmold, placing the magnetic conductive assembly into a mold cavity of the injection mold, injecting molten plastic into the mold cavity of the injection mold, coating the plurality of magnetic conductive pieces with the molten plastic, cooling and solidifying the molten plastic to form a plastic part, and fixing the magnetic conductive pieces on the carrier plate through the plastic part to form amagnetic conductive unit; |
