Zusammenfassung: | A circuit (200) includes: a frequency to voltage converter (232) having an input configured to receive a signal and an output coupled to a first node (254); and another frequency to voltage converter(236) having an input configured to receive a reference clock and an output coupled to a second node (258). The circuit (200) also includes a voltage source (242) coupled between the first node (254)and a third node (256), a voltage source (238) coupled between the second node (258) and a fourth node (260), a switch (244) coupled between the first node (254) and the third node (256), and a switch(240) coupled between the second node (258) and the fourth node (260). The circuit (200) further includes: a comparator (246) having an input coupled to the third node (256), another input coupled tothe fourth node (260), and an output; a logic circuit (248) having an input coupled to the comparator (246) output, and an output; and a counter (250) having an input coupled to the logic circuit (248) output, and an output.
