Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a dual motor delayed oil return change-over valve. The dual motor delayed oil return change-over valve comprises an oil supply pipeline, an oil return pipeline and two sealing assemblies, wherein the oil supply pipeline enables an engine oil supply pipe to be led to a main oil tank oil supply pipe and an auxiliary oil tank oil supply pipe respectively, and the oil return pipeline enables an engine oil return pipe to be led to a main oil tank oil return pipe and an auxiliary oil tank oil return pipe respectively. The sealing assemblies are controlled to move in the direction perpendicular to the extension direction of the oil supply pipeline, so as to open or close a passage between the engine oil supply pipe and the main oil tank oil supply pipe or the auxiliary oiltank oil supply pipe, or the sealing assemblies are controlled to move in the direction perpendicular to the extension direction of the oil return pipeline, so as to open or close a passage between the engine oil return pipe
