The method comprises the following steps: dividing the road length of the intelligent connected test field into a starting acceleration section, a stable speed preparation section, a test section, a deceleration brake section and a safety reservation section; setting uniform acceleration running of a whole vehicle at the starting acceleration section, uniform running of the whole vehicle at the stable speed preparation section, uniform running of the whole vehicle atthe test section and uniform deceleration running of the whole vehicle at the deceleration brake section; estimating the length of each section; and estimating the total length of the intelligent connected test field road.
