The method mainly adopts the outcrossingaffinity gene linkage markers CI-M9 and CI-M84 to assist selection breeding of the maintainer line hybrid compatible to the Dongxiang wild-type sterile line. The method can improve the breeding efficiency of the Dongxiang wild-type outcrossing compatibility maintainer line. 本发明公开了一种利用异交亲和基因连锁标记选育水稻东野型三系保持系的方法，主要通过采用异交亲和基因连锁标记CI-M9和CI-M84，用于辅助选择培育跟东野型不育系杂交亲和的保持系。本方法可以提高东野型异交亲和保持系的育种效率。
