The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, taking a formyl pre-functionalized organic ligand and an inorganic metal salt as raw materials, preparing a formyl functionalized zirconium-based metal organic framework material by adopting a solvothermal method under an acidic condition, soaking a formyl functionalized material in a corresponding formamideorganic compound, taking formic acid as a reducing agent, and preparing the corresponding aliphatic tertiary amine functionalized metal organic framework material through reductive amination at enoughtemperature.
