Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of plant genetic engineering, and particularly relates to a positive regulatory gene AtMIF1 of the oil content of plant seeds and application of the positive regulatory gene AtMIF1. The CDS sequence of the gene AtMIF1 is shown as SEQ ID NO. 1, and the amino acid sequence of the encoded protein is shown as SEQ ID NO. 2. The AtMIF1 gene is obtained through being separated from arabidopsis thaliana. The gene is expressed in the early embryo and endosperm of the arabidopsis thaliana, and stops expression when reaching the heart-shape embryo.
