Rapid composting method for garbage

The invention relates to a rapid composting method for garbage. The method comprises the following steps: mixing kitchen garbage, sludge, greening garbage and bacterial sludge containing high-temperature bacteria to obtain a mixture, controlling the initial moisture content of the mixture to be 45wt%-50wt%, then carrying out aerobic natural fermentation at room temperature, and turning over a pilebody at regular intervals, wherein after fermentation is carried out for 35-38 days, the moisture content of the mixture is reduced to 30wt% or less, thus composting is finished and the organic fertilizer is obtained.
