The invention discloses aluminum silicon carbide carbonaceous slurry and a preparation method thereof. The aluminum silicon carbide carbonaceous slurry comprises the following components in percentageby mass: 22-44% of a compact corundum fine aggregate, 15-30% of compact corundum powder, 6-10% of alumina micro powder, 9-11% of silicon dioxide micro powder, 20-25% of silicon carbide dust extraction powder, 3-5% of nano carbon black, 0.5-1% of boron carbide powder, 1.5-2.5% of metal silicon powder and 0.3-0.7% of a dispersing agent, wherein the addition amount of the water is 8.8-10% of the mass of the powder. The preparation method comprises fully mixing the powder materials, then fully stirring and mixing two thirds of powder and water to an extremely thin state, and slowly adding the rest one third of the powder to adjust to a construction state. According to the invention, the purity, refractoriness and compactness of the aluminum silicon carbide carbonaceous mud matrix reach a newlevel, and the aluminum si
