The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, uniformly mixing a nickel source, a cobalt source, an M source and an additive A, sintering in an atmosphere, mixing again after cooling, continuously sintering and carrying out crushing and grinding after cooling, wherein theM source comprises a manganese source, an aluminum source, a titanium source, a chromium source or a ruthenium source, and 2, adding an additive B, carrying out spray drying by adopting a centrifugalspray dryer or a pressure spray dryer, and sieving the dried powder to obtain a target precursor material NixCoyM1-x-yOalphaHbeta.
