The lifting guide wheel device with the buffering function comprises a supporting assembly, a guide wheel assembly and abuffering assembly, wherein the supporting assembly comprises two supporting plates arranged left and right, the guide wheel assembly is fixed between the adjacent faces of the supporting plates, thebuffering assembly comprises first bolts, first nuts, springs and second nuts, the several first bolts penetrate through the springs correspondingly and then are inserted into through holes of the supporting plates, the first nuts and the second nuts are fixed to the first bolts in a threaded mode correspondingly, the first nuts are located between the springs and bolt heads of the first bolts, and the second nuts are located between the supporting plates and the bottom ends of bolt rods of the first bolts.
