Zusammenfassung:The present invention is related to an insulating sheet which includes: a sheet base material comprising aramid flocks having an average fibre width of 10-30 [mu]m and aramid fibrids having an averagefibre width of 5-40 [mu]m; fine binder fibres which are present on at least the surface of the sheet base material, and which have an average fibre width of less than 5 [mu]m; and at least one kind of filler which is present on at least the surface of the sheet base material.
