The seal is provided with a control module, a touch sensor, a vibration sensor, a wireless communication module, an acousto-optic alarm module and a battery; the battery provides power for the control module, the control module is in circuit connection with the touch sensor, the vibration sensor, the wireless communication module and the acousto-optic alarm module, and the seal is further provided with a two-dimensional code scanning area. And the server, the terminaland the seal are interconnected in a wireless mode. The intelligent electronic seal system based on the Internet of Things replaces an existing paper seal, is environmentally friendly and saves energy, and a problem that the
