Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of computer medical imaging, and discloses a CT projection metal trace complementing metal artifact correction method based on U-net, which comprises the steps of making a CT projection image sample data set based on CT projection image characteristics; optimizing a U-net network structure, designing a loss function for the optimized U-net network, wherein the loss function is composed of an L2 loss function, a projection image amplitude loss function and a difference loss function of projection sums of all angles; training an optimized U-net network based on the CT projection image sample data set and a loss function; and inputting the CT projection image sample data set into the trained optimized U-net network, and outputting an image after CTprojection metal trace completion.
