Zusammenfassung: | An embodiment of the invention discloses a method for testing electron transmission characteristics of a graphdiyne nano device based on a carbon chain. According to the method, probe equipment in three main regions of a left electrode, a right electrode and a central scattering region is used as test equipment; during testing, an optimized graphdiyne nanoribbon electrode is repeated into six periodic graphdiyne nano devices; the horizontal monatomic carbon chain is connected between the two graphdiyne nanobelts; by calculating a transmission spectra of the six periodic graphdiyne nano devices, the magnitude of odd-even number chain current of the current formation reason is analyzed, the PDOS of the central scattering region is calculated after the electrode parts of all the devices are removed, and the determinant of odd-even current generation is analyzed.
