The long-distance machine vision vibration measurement method comprises the steps of: acquiring a vibration video clip of an ultra-long-distance object to be measured by using an intelligent mobile device provided with a single lens reflex telephoto telescope, and transmitting the vibration video clip to a computer through using a data storage module; and adopting visual vibration measurement and analysis, and carrying out implementation on Pycharm through using a Python language by means of an OpenCV computer vision library.
