Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a road and bridge construction measuring device, which comprises a mounting box, a lifting assembly, an engineering measuring instrument, a top cover moving assembly, a top cover, a support frame assembly, a handle, a bearing, a hand wheel, a magnet and a connecting rod, wherein the engineering measuring instrument is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the bottom end of the mounting box through the lifting assembly; sleeves are symmetrically and fixedly mounted on the inner walls of the two sides of the bottom of the mounting box; sleeving rods are mounted in the sleeves in a sleeving mode; a mounting plate is fixedly welded to the outer wall of the top end of the sleeving rod; and the engineering measuring instrument is mounted on the outer wall of the top end ofthe mounting plate.
