The invention discloses a bedding heating method. The method comprises the following steps that a spread quilt is ejected up so that a hunched heating space is formed between the quilt and a mattress;and air in the heating space is heated cyclically to warm up the quilt and the mattress. The invention further discloses a bedding dryer. The bedding dryer comprises a shell arranged between the quilt and the mattress, wherein the shell is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, an air flow path enabling the air inlet to communicate with the air outlet is formed in the shell, a heater and afan are arranged in the air flow path, the heater is used for heating the air sucked in from the air inlet, and the fan is used for sucking in the air outside the air inlet and sending warm air out from the air outlet after the air is heated by the heater.
