Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a thickened oil hydrothermal cracking catalyst, a preparation and application thereof. The catalyst has a core-shell structure, wherein the core is nano metal oxide solid acidA, the shell layer is a polymer B and transition metal ions C loaded on the polymer B, the nano metal oxide solid acid A is composed of one or more of silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, ferric oxide,ferroferric oxide and zirconium oxide, and the polymer B is one or a combination of more of polyvinyl imidazole, polyvinyl pyrrolidone and polyvinyl pyridine. The thickened oil hydrothermal cracking catalyst can be well dispersed in an oil-water system and has a high catalytic viscosity reduction effect; and the preparation method is simple and low in cost.
本发明公开了一种稠油水热裂解催化剂及其制备与应用。该催化剂具有核壳结构;其中,核为纳米金属氧化物固体酸A,壳层为聚合物B和负载在其上的过渡金属离子C;所述纳米金属氧化物固体酸A为二氧化硅、二氧化钛、三氧化二铁、四氧化三铁和氧化锆中的一种或几种组成;所述聚合物B为聚乙烯基咪唑、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮和聚乙烯基吡啶中的一种或几种的组合。该稠油水热裂解催化剂能在油-水体系中良好分散,有着较高催化降黏效果;并且其制备方法简单,成本低。 |
