The invention provides a medical universal trolley. The medical universal trolley comprises a base; the equipment platform that is used for placing main equipment, wherein the equipment platform comprises a first edge and a second edge opposite to the first edge, the bottom surface of the equipment platform is provided with more than two mounting hole sites, wherein at least one mounting hole siteis close to the first edge, and at least one mounting hole site is close to the second edge; a stand column, wherein the lower end of the stand column is connected to the base, and the upper end of the stand column is detachably connected to one mounting hole site. A plurality of mounting hole sites are formed in the bottom of the equipment platform to adjust the gravity center position of the whole trolley, and therefore it is guaranteed that the gravity center of the whole trolley is kept stable while the observation view angle of main equipment is not changed when different equipment is mounted.
