Manufacturing process of electric self-luminous signboard

The invention discloses a manufacturing process of an electric self-luminous signboard. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out substrate treatment: polishing the surface of a substrate, then, spraying primer, printing identifier and carrying out drying; (2) manufacturing a light-emitting layer: uniformly mixing 60-70 parts of isophthalic acid type unsaturated polyester resin, 20-30 parts of styrene, 50-60 parts of a light storage material, 22-30 parts of fumed silica, 0.5-1.2 parts of magnesium oxide, 0.5-2 parts of hydroxyl silicone oil, 0.5-1 part of an initiator and 15-25 parts of xylene, carrying out pressing and molding in a hydraulic machine, and adhering the molded product to the surface of the substrate treated in the step (1) to form a light-emitting layer; and (3) spraying dustproof paint on the surface of the light-emitting layer in the step (2) to obtain the electric self-luminous signboard. The electric self-luminous signboard is resistant to abrasion and corros
