Zusammenfassung:	The embodiment of the invention discloses a bill issuing method and blockchain node equipment. The method comprises the steps that a first block chain node device receives a bill issuing request sentby a second block chain node device, and the bill issuing request comprises a digital certificate of the second block chain node device; the first blockchain node device compares the digital certificate included in the bill issuing request with a digital certificate of a second blockchain node device stored in the first blockchain node device; and if the two certificates are consistent, the firstblock chain node device generates a bill in response to the bill issuing request and sends the bill to the second block chain node device. Correspondingly, after the second block chain node device signs the bill, the obtained digital signature, the bill and the digital certificate are published to the block chain network.
