Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a stability-compensated linear voltage regulator and a design method thereof. The stability-compensated linear voltage regulator comprises an adjusting tube, a biasing circuit,an error amplifier, a feedback resistance network, a negative feedback compensation circuit and a voltage buffer circuit. An LDO is stabilized by isolating the error amplifier and the adjusting tube through the buffer voltage circuit, and the error amplifier adopts a folded cascode structure, so that the output voltage swing is improved. According to the present invention, the good transient response of the circuit is ensured due to large load capacitance.
