Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-entropy ceramic-aluminum oxide composite coating. The method comprises the following steps that S1, oxide/silicon carbide/aluminum composite powder for thermal spraying is prepared, wherein the oxide is any five or more of zirconium oxide, titanium oxide, hafnium oxide, tantalum oxide, niobium oxide, vanadium oxide, chromium oxide, molybdenumoxide, tungsten oxide, manganese oxide or cobalt oxide; S2, the surface of base materials required by the coating is pretreated; and S3, the oxide/silicon carbide/aluminum composite powder is sprayedon the surface of the base materials by adopting a thermal spraying method, thereby obtaining the high-entropy ceramic-aluminum oxide composite coating through in-situ synthesis.
