Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an application of TGFBI in preparation of a product for regulating mesenchymal stem cell osteogenic differentiation. Experiments show that the TGFBI gene secreted by human umbilical cord derived mesenchymal stem cells can regulate osteogenic differentiation of the mesenchymal stem cells; specifically, a lentivirus transfection technology is utilized to introduce a synthesized TGFBI lentivirus into human umbilical cord derived mesenchymal stem cells subjected to subculture; by knocking down the TGFBI gene, the expression of an early marker alkaline phosphatase (ALP) fordifferentiation and maturation of osteoblasts and an advanced marker osteopontin (OPN) for differentiation and maturation of osteoblasts is significantly up-regulated, thereby promoting the osteogenicdifferentiation capacity of huMSC.
