The soil roller grinding and screen filtering device comprises a supporting cork base, a rotary disc, an electronic controlpower system, positioning stand rods, annular disc-shaped filtering screens, a top-layer blanking screen, a slope roller grinding device and an upper feeding hopper. The rotary disc is mounted on thesupporting cork base, and the rotary disc and the electronic control power system are connected.
