Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an ICU patient unplanned extubation early warning system. The ICU patient unplanned extubation early warning system comprises a three-dimensional attitude sensor arranged closeto an insertion end of a catheter, a film type pressure sensor arranged on the catheter, and a PC communicating with the three-dimensional attitude sensor and the film type pressure sensor. A monitoring data post-processing system is loaded in the PC; the system comprises a data local storage module, a catheter state evaluation module and a GSM early warning module. The catheter state evaluationmodule can automatically complete analysis of catheter end posture data and catheter pressure data. During the analysis, an analysis result is obtained according to the received catheter end posture data, catheter pressure data and a nearest neighbor classification algorithm, and when the obtained analysis result falls into an early warning threshold, the GSM early warning module is started to send an early warning short m
