The device comprises an optical power meter module which is configured to carry out the optical power testing of an optical fiber channel, an OTDR module which is configured to realize attenuation test of the optical fiber channel, an electric control adjustable light attenuation module which is configured to increase the attenuation effect of the optical fiber channel, an optical fiber interface module which is used for realizing butt joint with an external optical fiber interface, and an optical switch module which is connected with the optical power meter module, the OTDR module, the electric control adjustable light attenuation module and the optical fiber interface module to realize the connection gating effect of each module and the optical fiber channel.
