The method comprises the following steps that: step 1, traction substation load process data and a regional intraday photovoltaic output data curve are obtained; 2, the target function of an optimization model is established; 3, the constraint conditions of the optimization model are established; 4, a mixed integer linear programming model is established according to an information gap decision theory; and 5, the model obtained in the step 4 is solved, sotha the optimal charging and discharging power of a hybrid energy storage device, optimal photovoltaic grid-connected power, the optimal power flow power of a back-to-back converter in a power flow controller and total system operation cost under a robust decision and an opportunity decision are obtained, and therefore, the traction power supply system optimization operation method considering photovoltaic uncertainty is
