Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a vehicle engine body machining process path optimization method based on an improved genetic algorithm. The method comprises: setting genetic parameters such as ditches and chromosome numbers; generating an initially optimized initial population; carrying out selection operation based on a roulette; carrying out adaptive cross calculation to prevent advanced convergence ofthe algorithm and improve the optimization efficiency of the algorithm; then, adopting an adaptive mutation probability to improve the evolution performance and achieve global search of the algorithm; and storing the optimal individual in the multi-generation random evolution process so far through an optimization strategy, wherein the optimal individual is the optimal solution of the shortest process path problem.
