The invention discloses guide rail comprehensive precision measuring equipment. The equipment comprises a guide rail supporting device, a guide rail tensioning device and a precision measuring device,and the guide rail tensioning device is located above the guide rail supporting device. The guide rail supporting device can support a tested guide rail and send the tested guide rail to the guide rail tensioning device. The guide rail tensioning device can suspend the tested guide rail in an inverted state at a measuring position of the precision measuring equipment. During working of the precision measuring equipment, a synchronous belt drive mechanism starts, a standard sliding block and a sliding block connecting frame are simultaneously driven by an axial moving seat to walk along the axial direction of the guide rail; floating displacement of the lower end surface of the standard sliding block relative to the reference horizontal plane is measured through a sensor; therefore, precision measuring of the cent
